Engineered around safety, efficiency and uptime

Overview

The YB□-12 HV/LV prefabricated substation combines high-voltage, transformer and low-voltage rooms into an efficient transformation-and-distribution unit for 12 kV systems. Fully assembled, land-saving and relocatable, with rational structure and elegant looks, it suits residential communities, large construction sites, industry, high-rise buildings, street-lighting supply, oilfields, mines, narrow streets and temporary power.

Executive standards

GB/T 17467-2020 — High-voltage / low-voltage prefabricated substations
GB/T 537-93 — Ordering technical conditions for 6–35 kV box-type substations

Structural characteristics

Three rooms arranged in delta (P) or rectangular (M) layout; terminal, ring-main or dual-supply schemes
Single- or twin-transformer solutions; oil-immersed or dry-type transformers selectable
Ample natural ventilation and heat insulation keep all apparatus within ratings (forced cooling optional)
Complete five-prevention; easy operation and maintenance, safe and reliable
Enclosure of stainless steel, aluminium alloy, cold-rolled sheet, colour-steel composite, non-metal or combinations — ageing-, flame-, corrosion-, water- and dust-resistant for long outdoor service
Compact, light and visually harmonious; with SF6 ring-main switchgear the overall size shrinks further — ideal for residential and street-lamp renovation
RTU installable in the HV ring-main unit for reliable short-circuit and single-phase earth-fault detection with four-remote functions

Service conditions

Altitude ≤ 1000 m; ambient −25 °C … +40 °C (monthly mean ≤ +30 °C, yearly ≤ +20 °C)
Daily RH ≤ 95 %, monthly ≤ 90 %; seismic 0.4 m/s² horizontal / 0.15 m/s² vertical
Site free of severe impact, pollution, chemical corrosion, conductive dust and explosion risk; consult us beyond these limits
