Overview

The prefabricated cabin is a large box-type substation applied to PV and wind projects. Primary cabinets, secondary panels and auxiliary systems are produced, assembled, wired and commissioned in the factory, then delivered to site as one integral cabin — standardised, modular and prefabricated. It can be built as separate primary-equipment and secondary-equipment cabins or customised as a complete set, cutting on-site wiring, design, construction and commissioning workload and markedly outperforming civil-built substations in cost and O&M.

Cabin body & corrosion protection

Underframe welded from section steel; integral welded framework in quality carbon structural steel, yield strength ≥ 235 MPa — no deformation in hoisting, transport or installation
Frame, door panels, roof and base plates all 2 mm quality steel
Sand-blasting, hot zinc spraying and premium outdoor polyurethane finish keep the shell rust-free for 40 years

Thermal, ventilation & safety

“Refrigerator” insulation: double steel skin with 5 cm Class-A rock wool; doors ≥ 48 mm thick for 24-brick-wall thermal effect
Ventilation to DL/T 5035-2016: integrated air duct with micro-positive-pressure A/C; imported maintenance-free axial fans, multi-stage dust filtering and air valves preserving the IP rating
Push-bar emergency escape locks; walls fire-rated ≥ 3 h with mechanical smoke extraction to GB 50016; HVAC auto-stops on fire
LED corridor lighting plus UPS-fed accident lighting and ≥ 60 min battery emergency lights with exit signs
Two-bus modular intelligent fire alarm with auto/manual linkage; card + PIN access control per door; primary and secondary cable ducts independent, sealed, Class-A fire-lined
