The XGN□-12/24 is a box-type fixed AC metal-enclosed ring-main switchgear (12 kV, 50 Hz) for three-phase ring networks, terminal distribution grids and industrial loads — receiving, distributing and protecting power, and equally suited for installation inside box substations. It complies with GB 3906 and IEC 298 and provides the full five-prevention interlock.

Simple operation with complete five-prevention interlocking
Compartments — busbar, load-switch / breaker, cable, operating & interlock mechanisms and LV control — are steel-plate segregated so faults cannot spread. Busbars run horizontally on top for easy extension. The epoxy-cast SF6 load switch shows contact status through transparent end covers; gas-density gauges with alarm contacts are optional. The mid-mounted breaker compartment accepts vacuum or SF6 breakers with spring mechanisms and reclosing. The roomy cable compartment takes simple unshielded terminations plus arresters, CTs and earthing switches, with viewing window and safety interlocks on the door.
